TOMAS 2.0 baut auf den Grundlagen des TOMAS-Projekts auf und setzt dessen Ziel fort, soziale Inklusion, interkulturelle Integration und berufliche Weiterentwicklung im Agrar- und Lebensmittelsektor zu fördern.

Das TOMAS-Projekt fördert die soziale Inklusion und die interkulturelle Integration im Agrar- und Lebensmittelsektor durch Sensibilisierungsmaßnahmen, berufliche Weiterbildungen und Bildungsangebote für Beschäftigte im Agrar- und Lebensmittelsektor unterschiedlicher Nationalitäten.

TOMAS 2.0 fördert die soziale Inklusion im Agrar- und Lebensmittelsektor, indem es die Beschäftigungsfähigkeit und die sozioprofessionelle Integration von Migranten durch einen innovativen E-Learning-Kurs im Bereich der beruflichen Bildung verbessert.

Größere Wirkung durch barrierefreie E-Learning-Maßnahmen im Bereich der beruflichen Bildung für Migranten.

Unser Ziel

Das TOMAS-Projekt wird von der Europäischen Union im Rahmen des Erasmus+-Programms (Kooperationspartnerschaften in der beruflichen Bildung) gefördert.

Das Projekt zielt darauf ab, die soziale Inklusion und die interkulturelle Integration im Agrar- und Lebensmittelsektor zu fördern, indem es Beschäftigte verschiedener Nationalitäten in diesem Sektor für die gemeinsamen Werte der EU und interkulturelle Arbeitskompetenzen sensibilisiert und ihre beruflichen Qualifikationen verbessert.

Unsere Ziele

Kooperationsrahmen

Förderung eines transaktionalen und sektorübergreifenden Kooperationsrahmens zwischen Berufsbildungseinrichtungen, Jugendverbänden, Gewerkschaften und anderen Akteuren des Agrar- und Lebensmittelsektors, um Brücken zwischen sozialen, bildungs- und berufsbildenden sowie wirtschaftlichen Partnern zu schlagen.

Ein besseres Verständnis für die Bedürfnisse des Agrar- und Lebensmittelsektors

Förderung eines besseren Verständnisses für interkulturelle und gemeinschaftsbezogene Bedürfnisse im Agrar- und Lebensmittelsektor, damit die berufliche Bildung besser auf die Bedürfnisse von Beschäftigten verschiedener Nationalitäten in diesem Sektor sowie auf die Anforderungen des Arbeitsmarktes zugeschnitten werden kann, und damit ein Beitrag zur Stärkung interkultureller Kompetenzen und zur sozialen Inklusion in diesem Sektor geleistet wird.

Bildungsressourcen

Entwicklung innovativer Bildungsressourcen, die zentrale Ansätze aus der nichtformalen und formalen Bildung sowie der beruflichen Bildung miteinander verbinden, um Beschäftigte im Agrar- und Lebensmittelsektor verschiedener Nationalitäten im Hinblick auf verbesserte interkulturelle Kompetenzen und ein stärkeres Bewusstsein für die Werte der EU zu schulen.

The TOMAS project aims to promote social inclusion and intercultural integration in the agrifood sector through awareness-raising and professional upskilling of agrifood workers of different nationalities on EU common values and intercultural work competencies.

Our Objectives

TOMAS works towards stronger cooperation, a better understanding of the agrifood sector's needs and the development of innovative educational resources.

Cooperation Framework

Foster a transnational and cross-sectoral cooperation framework among VET providers, youth associations, trade unions and other agrifood sector stakeholders, building bridges between social, educational, vocational and economic partners.

Better Understanding of Agrifood Sector Needs

Promote a better understanding of intercultural and inter-community-related needs in the agrifood sector so that vocational training can be better adapted to workers of different nationalities and to labour market needs.

Educational Resources

Develop innovative educational resources combining approaches from non-formal education, formal education and vocational training to strengthen intercultural skills and increase awareness of European Union values.

Enhancing migrants' employability and socio-professional integration

TOMAS 2.0 aims to promote social inclusion in the agrifood sector by enhancing migrants' employability and supporting their socio-professional integration.

Our Objectives

Through an innovative e-learning VET course and its large-scale delivery online and across seven countries, TOMAS 2.0 seeks to empower migrants with knowledge of the EU labour market, their rights and the European hosting culture.

Strengthen Migrants' Employability

Empower migrants working in or entering the agrifood sector with knowledge and competences that support their employability and long-term socio-professional integration.

Provide migrants with practical knowledge of the EU labour market, their rights and the European hosting culture, helping them participate more confidently in professional and social life.

Deliver Accessible and Innovative VET Training

Deliver an innovative e-learning VET course online and across seven countries, creating more accessible training opportunities for migrants and learners who may be at greater risk of exclusion.

An Optimized and Accessible E-learning Course

The digital and visual optimization of an e-learning course dedicated to migrant workers in the agrifood sector will respond to the target groups' and VET providers' need to foster accessible and innovative opportunities for marginalized groups of learners.

Large-scale Training Delivery Across Seven Countries

The massive deployment of the training in seven different countries will allow the project to reach a very high number of migrants, including those at greater risk of exclusion and those who do not possess sufficient digital skills to follow the course independently online.
